£34,537 to £40,570 p/a

At an exciting time of development, St Michael’s Hospice are looking to recruit a Clinical Lead for the Hospice Outreach Team (previously Community Nursing).

As Clinical Lead for the Hospice Outreach Team, you will be responsible for leading the development of the specialist palliative care nursing offer in the local community, increasing service reach and making a real difference to the lives of those cared for.

A talented, compassionate and inspiring leader, you will provide strong visionary, clear and open leadership to the teams and ensure effective management, organisation, delivery and quality of services.

Reporting to the Head of Integrated Clinical Services – Nursing and Education, you will work with hospice staff and partners to support the delivery of the clinical strategy.

You will be a qualified nurse or allied healthcare professional with proven experience of working at senior level within a clinical setting.

Strong interdisciplinary team working skills are essential to ensure that teams are focused on the needs of the patient and working in a joined-up way to help patients to achieve their goals.
