Marketing Administrator Volunteer

What is the role?

The St Michael’s Hospice Marketing team utilise a wide range of media, networks and platforms to raise awareness and understanding of the Hospice throughout the Hastings and Rother area. In addition to this, they are also responsible for the smooth running of all internal and external communication briefs, which involves liaising with each department and team across the Hospice.

You will be volunteering within a busy office environment, providing administrative support for the Marketing team and assisting them to meet their objectives.

What will I be doing?

  • Supporting the monthly mailout to local businesses and other stakeholders
  • Filing press coverage and photography using Office Suite
  • General office duties, including scanning, printing, laminating and guillotining
  • Uploading basic information to external websites
  • Supporting with the maintenance of stock levels, such as printed materials and stationery
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
